BSA, AF488 conjugate is one of Aladdin's fluorescent albumin conjugate series products. AF488 is a potent green fluorescent dye that emits bright fluorescence at 525 nm upon excitation at approximately 490 nm. AF488 labeled BSA is a green fluorescent BSA conjugate that can be easily detected using common fluorescence instruments such as fluorometers, fluorescence microscopes, or fluorescence plate readers. Aladdin offers a variety of albumin (BSA) products with different chemical functional group modifications and bioconjugations. These functional BSA products are purified by size exclusion chromatography or dialysis to remove unconjugated molecules, ensuring their suitability for various in vitro and in vivo applications.
