Endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg minimize LPS-driven artifacts that can confound chemotaxis readouts and downstream signaling analyses involving pathways such as MAPK and NF-κB. Purity exceeding 97% by SDS-PAGE, combined with this stringent endotoxin control, supports use as a reference standard in chemokine detection assays and as a reliable coating antigen or positive control for antibody development and ELISA validation. |
