WinScript One Step RT-qPCR U+ Kit is a specialized kit designed for one-step real-time RT-qPCR using probe-based chemistries, including TaqMan and Molecular Beacon probes.
When performing real-time RT-qPCR with this kit, reverse transcription and quantitative PCR occur in a single reaction mixture. No additional reagents are required during the reaction, and there is no need to open tube caps, which prevents contamination while improving experimental efficiency. The kit incorporates a dUTP/UNG anti-contamination system, which rapidly degrades uracil-containing contaminants at room temperature. With high detection sensitivity and strong fluorescent signals, this kit is suitable for the detection of trace RNA such as RNA viruses, as well as DNA/RNA targets. Its specialized buffer system enables reverse transcriptase, dual antibody-modified DNA polymerase, and RNase inhibitor to function optimally simultaneously, thereby enhancing reaction efficiency. This kit supports detection over a dynamic range of up to six logarithmic orders of magnitude, allowing more accurate quantification of target genes with excellent repeatability and reliability.
