Overview
The 1× dsDNA HS Assay Kit is a room-temperature-stable, easy-to-use, highly sensitive and specific fluorescent quantitative assay kit for double-stranded DNA (dsDNA). The kit comprises a premixed working solution (containing a fluorescent dye) and dsDNA standards. The procedure is straightforward: simply add an appropriate amount of sample to the working solution and analyse using a Qubit fluorometer or a fluorescence microplate reader. For dsDNA samples, the assay exhibits excellent linearity in the 0.2–100 ng range, enabling accurate quantification of samples with concentrations ranging from 10 pg/μL to 100 ng/μL. It also demonstrates good tolerance to common contaminants such as proteins, RNA, salts, free nucleotides and solvents.
