Product Description
Detection Principle: Nitric oxide (NO) is chemically active and is rapidly metabolized in the body to nitrite (NO 2- ) and nitrate (NO 3- ), and NO 2- is further converted into NO 3- . In this kit, NO 3- was reduced to NO 2- by reductant agent, and reacts with chromogenic agent to produce color substance. The nitrate content can be determined at 540 nm.
