Product Description
Intended Use: The kit is a enzyme immunoassay for the Quantitative analysis of Cimaterol residues in Urine, tissue, bovine serum and other matrices. Please consult technical support for the applicability if other sample need to be tested
Other Matrices: For matrices (serum, plasma, urine, cell culture supernatant, bacterial fluid, culture medium, etc) that do not provide fast and effective extraction methods in the reagent kit, if you need to test special matrices, please consult your regional sales staff.
General Information: Cimaterol has a strong and long-lasting effect on relaxing bronchial smooth muscle and is used as an anti-asthma drug in humans. After entering the animal body, it can change the metabolic pathway of nutrients, promote animal muscle growth, accelerate the conversion and decomposition of fat, and increase the lean meat rate of livestock. It is one of the β-agonist illegally produced in animal husbandry. Eating food with excessive Cimaterol residues can cause human poisoning, so most countries prohibit its use in livestock and poultry breeding. Cimaterol residues in food can be determined by methods such as HPLC or GC-MS. However, these traditional methods usually require very expensive preparation procedures. Compared with traditional methods, Elabscience Cimaterol kit is simple, fast, and sensitive, and is suitable for the detection of large quantities of samples. Meet the needs of international regulatory agencies, food manufacturers and processors, laboratory testing agencies, agricultural biological research and other personnel to detect Cimaterol in samples to allay customers' concerns about food safety. The kit is manufactured in accordance with the international quality standard ISO 9001.
