Csf2rb2 (Colony Stimulating Factor 2 Receptor Beta 2), also known as Interleukin-3 receptor class 2 subunit beta, is a gene that encodes a low-affinity beta subunit of the cytokine receptor complex, primarily found in mice. Csf2rb2 is a downstream molecule of Notch signaling in BM cells (PMID: 27188577). Csf2rb2 is a central node in the immune signaling network, enabling cytokines to regulate innate immunity and inflammation (PMID: 34750506).
