| FH Yuefang (Verified Customer) (01-16-2026) | This FlexAble antibody labelling kit worked very well, I used the FlexAble 2.0 CoraLite® Plus 555 Antibody Labeling Kit for Rabbit IgG to label the antibody for neural progenitor cell marker Sox2. It is easy to use and the staining pattern matches the traditional directly staining pattern. I would say if you want to achieve the same signal intensity, you might want to use higher concentration of antibody after labelling. Overall happy with the purchase and trial. Applications: Immunofluorescence Cell Tissue Type: Neural organoind |
| FH Delphine (Verified Customer) (11-26-2025) | When the antibody works well in normal labelling, the labelling is really nice. However, when the antibody is weak, the labelling is poor compare to the primary and secondary methods. For all antibodies, the background signal is not negligible. Better than the Fexable 2.0 Coralite 647. However, It is one of the best options to tag your primary antibody with fluorescent tag until now. Applications: Immunofluorescence Cell Tissue Type: T cell line |
| FH Mallikarjuna (Verified Customer) (10-20-2025) | Very good product. Worked nice for IF in my hand Applications: Immunofluorescence Primary Antibody Dilution: AS PER THE KIT PROTOCAL Cell Tissue Type: liver tissue |
| FH Olga (Verified Customer) (09-22-2025) | Very effective quick labeling of primary antibody - exactly as described in kit manual - gives strong specific signal in IF. Labeled antibody against the overexpressed protein in primary mouse neurons. Applications: Immunofluorescence Cell Tissue Type: mouse primary cerebellar granule neurons |
| FH Nishita (Verified Customer) (09-10-2025) | Worked really well, saved lots of time that I would have used for secondary antibody staining! The color wasn't as strong as the fluorescent secondary I had used previously, but still shows up pretty well and didn't photobleach as quick as a fluorescent secondary. Applications: Immunofluorescence Cell Tissue Type: NB1 Fibroblasts |
| FH Anchit (Verified Customer) (06-23-2025) | Worked well only if I didn't do an additional quenching step Applications: Immunofluorescence Primary Antibody Dilution: 1:100 Cell Tissue Type: Mouse tumor |
| FH Suman (Verified Customer) (02-25-2025) | As per the manual, 0.5 ug of the primary antibodies were added to the FlexAble kit. The primary antibodies that were used were Vimentin (PLA0199) which was conjugated in the KFA502 kit and p-NF-kB (ab86299) which was conjugated in the KFA501 kit. In the attached images, there is 0.14 ug of Vimentin (red) and 0.093 ug of p-NF-kB (green) on the section. IgG controls were also made up using the kits, matching the amount (ug) of the primary antibodies. Applications: Immunofluorescence Cell Tissue Type: Retinal Cryosections |
