During cryosectioning, the anti-roll plate serves as an auxiliary tool to stretch the tissue section, assisting the operator in obtaining flat, wrinkle-free slices. It is compatible with the Epredia HM525 NX cryostat. When installing the anti-roll plate, correct orientation must be ensured: the raised side should face towards the knife holder, while the opposite side is a smooth/polished surface.
