Product Description / Introduction
This product can be used for the storage of collected animal tissues, which requires only room temperature operation and can quickly inhibit the protease activity in the tissues. This product can be widely used with the storage of tissue samples, such as heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, brain, muscle and other tissues. It is also excellent for storage of digestive tissues. This product can quickly penetrate into the inside of the tissue, convenient and quick, room temperature operation, without any toxicity and irritation, compared with low temperature storage samples protein extraction effect is comparable, for digestive tissue protein sample extraction effect is even more excellent.
This product can effectively avoid the hazards such as frostbite or centrifuge tube burst caused by low temperature freezing samples, and it is convenient to carry. It can store tissues well at 4℃ and -20℃, which is suitable for the storage of samples that cannot be frozen in time and convenient for the transportation of samples. This product can stably store tissues at 37℃ for 1 day, 4℃ for 7 days and -20℃ below for 2 years.

Assay Protocol / Procedures
1. Sample treatment
Tissue processing: Wash the tissue using PBS to remove as much PBS residue as possible. Cut the washed tissues to the appropriate size (3 mm in length, width and height is recommended) and quickly immerse them completely in 10 times the volume of tissue preservation solution. (Note: Some tissues are not suitable for cleaning with PBS, e.g. brain, pancreas. (Note: Some tissues are not suitable for PBS cleaning, such as brain, pancreas, etc. They can be directly cut and immersed into the tissue preservation solution; some tissues with poor liquid permeability are not suitable for preservation, such as bones, etc.).
2. Sample storage
Samples added to the Tissue Protein Stabilizing Solution can be protein stable for up to 7 days at 4°C without significant protein degradation. For longer tissue preservation, the tissue can be soaked overnight at 4°C and then transferred to -20°C or -80°C.
3. Protein extraction
Removing the tissue block using clean forceps, add 1 ml of PBS and wash 1-2 times, after removing the PBS you can use a suitable lysis solution for protein extraction. For example, RIPA lysate (strong) (G2002) or IP lysate (G2038).
Note
1. Plasma protein residues can be reduced after washing with pre-cooled PBS prior to storage, and tissues should be quickly and completely immersed in storage solution after shearing.
2. This product stores samples for long term storage at -20°C or -80°C and for short term storage and transportation at 4°C. Soak at 4℃ overnight or longer before transferring to lower temperature storage.
3. This product is suitable for the storage and stabilization of fresh tissue, the storage of frozen tissue samples will deteriorate.
4. It is normal for the stored tissues to shrink a little and become slightly hard. Use PBS to clean the tissues before protein extraction to avoid the sticky phenomenon in the subsequent extraction of protein samples.
