Product Introduction
Nylon membrane is a synthetic long-chain polyamide film with positive charges and strong binding ability to nucleic acids and proteins. It is an ideal nucleic acid solid phase support, suitable for Southern blotting, Northern blotting, EMSA, Dot and Slot Blot and DNA and other nucleic acid analysis and detection.
The nylon membrane of this product has a pore size of 0.45 μm, and the pre-cut size is 15 × 15 cm, one per pack.

1. The nylon membrane is a hydrophilic membrane and does not need to be activated by soaking in ethanol or methanol solution.
