Product Description/Introduction
The product consists of 6 linear double-stranded DNA bands (including 100 bp, 250 bp, 500 bp, 750 bp, 1000 bp, and 2000 bp). It has been mixed with loading buffer and is a ready-to-use product. When in use, take 5-10 μL and it can be directly used for gel electrophoresis. The electrophoresis bands are clear, facilitating accurate determination of the size and concentration of the target band. This product also provides one tube of sample loading buffer (10×DNA Gel Loading Buffer). Add it to the sample to make the final concentration 1×, mix well, and then perform electrophoresis. The DNA concentration of the 750 bp band in the GN2K DNA Marker is 100 ng/5 μL, showing a bright band, while the DNA concentration of the other bands is 50 ng/5 μL.

Assay Protocol / Procedures
1. After thawing, mix well, take 5 μL of this product and add it to the loading well of the agarose gel (the loading volume is proportional to the width of the well: 1 μL : 1 mm; if the loading well is wider, the loading volume can be appropriately increased), then perform electrophoresis.
2. The recommended electrophoresis conditions are 1% agarose gel (G5056 is recommended) with a voltage of 4-10 V/cm.
3. Stain with EB or other nucleic acid dyes (G3606 is recommended) and observe the electrophoresis bands under an ultraviolet lamp.
Note
1. After thawing, mix well and store at 4°C. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
2. Recommended electrophoresis buffers: TAE/TBE (G3001 and G3002 are recommended).
3. Replace the electrophoresis buffer in a timely manner and use freshly prepared agarose gels to prevent any impact on electrophoresis results.
4. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
