This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Ebola virus EBOV (subtype Bundibugyo, strain Uganda 2007) VP24 (Catalog#40456-V07E; YP_003815439.1; Met1-Lys233). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
