Flow cytometric analysis of anti-CD3E CAR expression on anti-CD3E CAR-transfected 293FT cells. Cells were stained with PE-conjugated anti-G4S linker Antibody. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells. Non-transduced 293FT cells were used as a control (right).
