Synonyms: MUM-1 is a 50 kDa protein, which is mainly expressed in the B cell subtype in the bright region of the germinal center, plasma cells, activated T lymphocytes, and broad-band B cell subtypes of lymphohematopoietic tumors. The antibody is mainly used in the study of lymphatic tumors. Combined with Bcl-6 and CD138 antibodies, MUM-1 provides reference for determining the origin of tumor cells in different differentiation stages of B cells.
