Synonyms: Programmed death molecule ligand 1(PD-L1), also known as B7-H1 or CD274, belongs to type I transmembrane glycoprotein. Activated PD-1/PD-L1 signaling pathway can mediate the escape of tumor cells from T cell immune response, so by blocking the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway, immune escape caused by T cell inhibition can be eliminated, and anti-tumor effects can be achieved. It has been used in the treatment of tumors including lung cancer, esophageal cancer, stomach cancer, urothelial cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer, breast cancer, classic Hodgkin lymphoma and malignant melanoma. As a marker to predict the efficacy of immunotherapy drugs, PD-L1 has the value of concomitant diagnosis and supplementary diagnosis for the application of immunotherapy drugs.
