It has been reported to be expressed in the lymphoblastic lymphoma, Burkitt's lymphoma, and follicular lymphoma, and has been identified on the surface of normal early lymphoblasts, adult bone marrow immature B-cells and lymphoid germinal center B cells. CD10 is also expressed in a variety of non-lymphoid cells and tissues, such as mammary myoepithelial cells, bile ducts, fibroblasts, and particularly high expression in the brush border of kidney and intestinal epithelial cells.
