Introduction and Features
FlyCut® KpnI is expressed and purified from E.coli that carries the recombinant KpnI gene. The molecular weight is 25.9 kDa, with the recognition site at GGTAC^C. The reaction is conducted at 37oC, and heat-inactivated at 80oC for 20 minutes. This enzyme is not sensitive to dam, dcm or mammalian CpG methylation.
