Introduction and Features
This product is a ready-to-use mixture of TransTaq® High Fidelity (HiFi) DNA polymerase with hot start, dNTPs and optimized buffer. The SuperMix is provided at 2× concentration and can be used at 1× concentration by adding template, primers and H2O. Template-independent “A” can be generated at the 3’ end of the PCR product. PCR products can be directly cloned into pEASY®-T series vectors.
