Product Properties Source Recombinant Human Annexin V/ANXA5 Protein is expressed from E.coli without tag. It contains Ala2-Asp320.[Uniprot | P08758] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 35.9 kDa same as Tris-Bis PAGE result. Endotoxin Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE > 95% as determined by HPLC Formulation Supplied as 0.22μm filtered solution in 50mM Tris, 240mM NaCl (pH 8.5).
Storage
The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
