Product Description
Source Human PS20 Protein is expressed from E.coli with His tag at the N-terminal. It contains Lys32-Gln220.[Accession | Q9HC57] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 22 kDa. The protein migrates to 25-30 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. Endotoxin Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE Formulation Supplied as 0.22μm filtered solution in 20mM PB, 500mM NaCl, 200mM L-arginine (pH 7.4).
Storage
The product should be stored at -85~-65℃ for 1 year from the date of receipt. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
