Product Description
Source Human TGM2 Protein is expressed from E.coli with His tag at the N-terminal. It contains Ala2-Ala687.[Accession | P21980-1] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 78.4 kDa same as Tris-Bis PAGE result. Endotoxin Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE Activity ELISA Data: Immobilized Human TGM2, His Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-TGM2 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 9.3ng/ml determined by ELISA. Formulation Supplied as 0.22μm filtered solution in 20mM Tris, 500mM NaCl, 10% Glycerol (pH 7.4).
Storage
The product should be stored at -85~-65℃ for 1 year from the date of receipt. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
