Molecular WeightThe protein has a predicted MW of 77.9 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 78-80 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result.
Purity> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
FormulationLyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
EndotoxinLess than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
ReconstitutionCentrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
ActivityELISA Data: Immobilized Human Transferrin R, His Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-Transferrin R Antiboy, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 6.3ng/ml determined by ELISA.

Storage

The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from the date of receipt. 2-7 days, 2 ~ 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution. 3 -6 months, -85~-65℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
