Synonyms CD33L2;CD170; OBBP2; SIGLEC5 Source Human Siglec-5/CD170 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the C-Terminus. It contains Glu17-Thr434.[Accession | O15389] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 49.3 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 68-78 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result. Endotoxin Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. Formulation Supplied as 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS, 360mM NaCl (pH 7.4).
Storage
The product should be stored at -85~-65℃ for 1 year from date of receipt. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
