Specifications
| Synonyms | LAP; GARP;LRRC32; LRRC32&TGF-beta 1 |
| Source | Biotinylated Mouse GARP&Latent TGF beta 1 Complex Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the N-Terminus. It contains Ala18-Leu628(GARP)&Leu30-Ser390(Latent TGF beta 1).[Accession | G3XA59(GARP)&P04202(Latent TGF beta 1)] |
| Molecular Weight | The protein has a predicted MW of 66.6 kDa (GARP)&44.2 kDa (Latent TGF beta 1). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 72-76 kDa (GARP)&13 kDa&45-47 kDa (Latent TGF beta 1) based on SDS-PAGE result. |
| Purity | > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. |
| Formulation | Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. |
| Endotoxin | Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method. |
| Reconstitution | Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. |
| Activity | ELISA Data: Immobilized Mouse ITGAV&ITGB6, His Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Mouse GARP&Latent TGF beta 1 Complex, His Tag with the EC50 of 0.12μg/ml determined by ELISA. |
Storage
The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from the date of receipt. 2-7 days, 2 ~ 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution. 3 -6 months, -85~-65℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
