It contains Val26-Val200. Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted 19.8 kDa Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Biological Activity Measured in an anti-viral assay using HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cells infected with encephalomyocarditis (EMC) virus. The ED50 for this effect is 5-20 ng/mL. Endotoxin < 0.01 EU per 1 μg of the protein by the LAL method. Formulation Dissolved in sterile PBS buffer. This solution can be diluted into other aqueous buffers. Centrifuge the vial prior to opening.
Shipping and Storage
The product should be stored at -85~-65℃ for 1 year from date of receipt. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
