Product Description
Klenow (3' → 5'exo-) DNA polymerase is a proteolytic product of E. coli DNA polymerase I, retaining the DNA polymerase activity of DNA polymerase I but losing the 5' → 3' exonuclease activity. This enzyme has further removed the 3' → 5' exonuclease activity thro ugh mutation. It can be used for DNA labeling with random priming and DNA sequencing by the dideoxy method, among other applications.

Figures
Figure1. Residual E.coli genomic DNA detection Note:The residual E. coli genomic DNA in three batches of Klenow Fragment (3' → 5' exo-) (Cat#14460) is below 1 copy/50 U. 2 . Product Stability Testing Note: Klenow Fragment (3' → 5' exo-) from Yeasen and Supplier A was stored at 37 ° C for 7 and 14 days to assess residual enzyme activity. The results indicate that the residual activity of Yeasen 's Klenow Fragment (3' → 5' exo-) (Cat#14460) after 14 days at 37 ° C is notably higher than that of the Supplier A 3 . NGS library yield Note: Using the same amount of Klenow Fragment (3' → 5' exo-) (Cat#14460) from Yeasen and Supplier A for NGS library construction, the results show that the library yield with Yeasen 's Klenow Fragment (3' → 5' exo-) (Cat#14460) at both 5 U and 10 U input is h igher than that of Supplier A.
