High er D Yield 1 . High RNA Integrity and Broad Compatibility Across Diverse Cultured Cell Lines Using Kit 19231. Genomic DNA was extracted from 100 µL of mouse anticoagulated whole blood using Yeasen Cat#18730 and comparable kits from Supplier T*, O*, and G*, with elution in 200 µL nuclease-free H2O. Five microliters of each eluate were loaded on an agarose gel. Results show that Cat#18730 yields higher gDNA compared to other brands.
