Product Description
UDG (uracil DNA glycosylase) can catalyze the hydrolysis of the N-glycosidic link between the uracil base and the sugar-phosphate backbone in ssDNA and dsDNA, it has no catalytic activity in RNA. This product has been processed by the UCF.ME™ ultra-low residue process, and its residual DNA contamination of E. coli is extremely low, which is suitable for applications with stricter requirements for background bacteria and higher performance demands, such as the development of real-time quantitative PCR systems that support the pre-mixing of primers and probes.
