Usage
1. 50× ROX Reference Dye (High Rox) Quantitative system: add 1 L µ 50 ROX Reference Dye to the 50 µL qPCR system. 2. 50× ROX Reference Dye II (Low Rox) 1） 50 ROX Reference Dye II configuration Method: 10 times diluted in 50 ROX Reference Dye *. ROX dilution: 20 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.4), 0.1 mM EDTA, 0.01% Tween 20. 2） Quantitative system: add 1 µ L 50 ROX Reference Dye II * * in 50 µL qPCR system. * It can be diluted and added according to the system size; * * For the porous system preparation, it is recommended to prepare the premixed solution and mix it thoroughly before use.
