Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 52-68 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. Endotoxin < 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method. Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Appearance Lyophilized Powder Reconstitution Method Before opening, centrifuge briefly. Reconstitute the lyophilized protein with distilled water to a concentration exceeding 100 μg/mL. Aliquot after initial reconstitution to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
