It contains Tyr52-Trp750.[Accession | P08473] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 79.83 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 80-100 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result. Endotoxin Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. Formulation Supplied as 0.22 μm filtered solution in 50mM MES, 100mM NaCl, 10% glycerol (pH 6.5).
Storage
The product should be stored at -85~-65℃ for 1 year from date of receipt. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
