Product Description
Product and properties Source Mouse CDH3/Cadherin 3 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Glu100-Gly647.[Accession | P10287] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 64.68 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 70-80 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. Endotoxin Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE Formulation Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. Reconstitution Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
Storage
The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt. 2-7 days, 2 ~8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution. 3 months, -25~-15℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
