WinScript AD One Step RT-qPCR U+ Mix (ONE TUBE) is a specialized master mix for one-step real-time RT-qPCR, suitable for simplex and multiplex quantitative PCR detection using RNA as the template. When performing real-time RT-qPCR with this product, reverse transcription and quantitative PCR are carried out in the same reaction system. No additional reagents are needed during the reaction, and there is no need to open tube caps, preventing contamination while improving experimental efficiency. The reagent incorporates a dUTP/UNG anti-contamination system, which rapidly degrades uracil-containing contaminants at room temperature without compromising the efficiency and sensitivity of RT-qPCR. Combined with an optimized buffer system, antibody-modified Taq polymerase, and dedicated one-step M-MLV, this product supports pre-mixing of primers and probes to prepare a working solution that can be stored long-term at low temperatures. For subsequent use, only sample nucleic acid needs to be added directly. This product is compatible with fast cycling protocols, allowing shortened detection times.
