Flash PCR Master Mix For Long Fragment contains Super DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, unique extension factors, and a high-performance buffer system that requires the addition of only primers and templates for PCR. Super DNA Polymerase is a well-mutated hot-start, high-fidelity DNA polymerase with 5′-3′ DNA polymerase activity and 3′-5′ exonuclease activity. Its fidelity is about 80 times that of Taq DNA polymerase. Its amplification product has a blunt end. This enzyme effectively blocks polymerase activity at 55 °C and below, and rapidly restores activity after incubation at 98 °C for 30 seconds. It is suitable for amplifying target fragments ranging from 100 bp to 40 kb, especially those ≥10 kb, with an amplification speed of up to 10 s/kb, significantly reducing PCR reaction time. This product features fast extension speed, high fidelity, high amplification efficiency, and strong inhibitor tolerance, making it ideal for applications like molecular cloning, Sanger sequencing, next-generation sequencing, Nanopore sequencing, etc.
