Termination DNA Polymerase 2.0 is a variant of Taq DNA polymerase. It exhibits strong ability to incorporate modified substrates. This product can be used for DNA sequencing by partial ribonucleotide substitution, chain-termination sequencing using ddNTPs or acyNTPs, as well as SNP analysis based on the ddNTP or acyNTP chain-termination method. The enzyme can act as an extension enzyme in nucleic acid mass spectrometry reactions. This enzyme shows excellent batch-to-batch stability in specific activity, with a batch difference of < 5%.
