Overview
The Hi-sincere PCR mix contains a modified high-fidelity hot-start polymerase, dNTPs, a unique extension factor, a specificity-enhancing factor, and a high-performance buffer system. It offers superior amplification efficiency and specificity, whilst also being compatible with the amplification of some crude genomic DNA. The polymerase in Hi-sincere PCR mix is an ultra-high-fidelity DNA polymerase that has been modified through high-throughput screening, with a fidelity approximately 300 times that of standard Taq DNA polymerase. This product contains monoclonal antibodies, enabling highly specific hot-start PCR. When using the Hi-sincere PCR mix for PCR reactions, simply add primers and template to initiate the amplification reaction. This eliminates the need for complex sample preparation procedures, thereby increasing testing throughput and improving the reproducibility and stability of results.
This kit is suitable for PCR amplification requiring high fidelity. The resulting PCR products do not carry an ‘A’ base at the 3’ end and can be directly cloned into flat-ended vectors.
