Overview
The CWseq® RNA & DNA Library Co-Prep Kit for Illumina & MGI is an RNA and DNA library preparation kit developed for Illumina and MGI sequencing platforms. It includes reagents for reverse transcription, double-stranded cDNA synthesis, DNA fragmentation/end repair, adapter ligation and library amplification.
This kit employs an optimised and upgraded fragmentation enzyme method, combining DNA fragmentation, end repair and A-tailing into a single step. The product of this step can be directly used for adapter ligation and library enrichment, thereby shortening library preparation time. It is compatible with DNA, RNA and mixed sample library preparation, significantly reducing library preparation costs. The optimised reaction system enhances library transformation efficiency and supports lower starting quantities down to 1 ng. It is suitable for applications such as mNGS samples.
This kit utilises a high-fidelity DNA polymerase during the library amplification stage, enabling non-biased PCR amplification for library enrichment, thereby ensuring the accuracy of sequencing results.
