Overview
RNase H is an endoribonuclease that specifically degrades the RNA strand in RNA-DNA hybrids. This enzyme does not digest single‑stranded or double‑stranded DNA. This product can be used for the identification of DNA-RNA hybrids, removal of mRNA during second-strand cDNA synthesis, and elimination of the poly(A) tail of mRNA hybridized to poly(dT), among other applications.
