This product is a 2× premix reagent specifically designed for SYBR Green I-based real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR). It requires only the addition of primers and a DNA template for qPCR experiments. The core component, Super Fast Star DNA Polymerase, is an antibody-modified hot-start enzyme that activates after 5 seconds at 95°C. It offers strong detection specificity, high sensitivity, and compatibility with fast and small-scale amplification protocols.
Additionally, the product minimizes bubble formation when shaken, contains ROX Reference Dye, and is compatible with various qPCR machines, making it simple and convenient to use.
