Overview
SuperFastStar Probe Mixture is a premix for probe-based (TaqMan, Molecular Beacon, etc.) real-time quantitative PCR. The core component, SuperFastStar DNA Polymerase, is a dual-antibody-modified hot-start DNA polymerase that reactivates at 95°C in just 5 seconds. Combined with an optimized 2× buffer, this product's unique qPCR system and hot-start enzyme effectively suppress the generation of non-specific products, significantly improving qPCR amplification efficiency and detection sensitivity. It is suitable for high-sensitivity single and multiplex qPCR reactions, requiring only the addition of templates, primers, and probes.
