Preparation
This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Rhesus CD32a/FCGR2A/Fc gamma RIIA (Catalog#90016-C08H; NP_001244229.1; Met1-Ile217) and conjugated with APC under optimum conditions, the unreacted APC was removed.

Flow cytometric analysis of rhesus FCGR2A(CD32A) expression on rhesus blood lymphocytes. Cells were stained with APC-conjugated anti-rhesus FCGR2A(CD32A). The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of lymphocytes.
