Product Description
Product Properties Source Mouse MASP2 Protein is expressed from E.coli with His tag at the C-Terminus. It contains Thr287-Phe685.[Accession | Q91WP0] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 46.6 kDa. Due to autocatalytic cleavage, the protein migrates to 18-20 kDa&27-30 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. Endotoxin Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE Activity ELISA Data: Immobilized Mouse MASP2, His Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-MASP2 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 5.1ng/ml determined by ELISA. Formulation Supplied as 0.22μm filtered solution in 50mM Tris, 200mM NaCl (pH 9.0).
Storage
The product should be stored at -85~-65℃ for 1 year from date of receipt. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
