Product Description
HGFR is a glycosylated receptor tyrosine kinase that plays a central role in epithelial morphogenesis and cancer development. The protein possesses tyrosine kinase activity. The primary single chain precursor protein is post-translationally cleaved to produce the alpha and beta subunits, which are disulfide linked to form the mature receptor. Within the ECD, human HGFR shares 86%-88% aa sequence identity with canine, mouse, and rat HGFR.

Storage
The products are shipped with ice pack and can be stored at -20℃ for 1 year. 2-7 days, 2 to 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution. 3 months, -20 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
