Product Properties Synonyms NCAM1;CD56;NCAM-1 Source Cynomolgus NCAM-1/CD56 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the C-Terminus. It contains Leu20-Gly718.[Accession | XP_005579710.1] Molecular Weight The protein has a predicted MW of 78.46 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 95-115 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result. Endotoxin Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method. Purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. Formulation Supplied as 0.22μm filtered solution in 50mM Tris, 500mM NaCl (pH 8.0).
Storage
The product should be stored at -85~-65℃ for 1 year from date of receipt. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
