The CHO Residual DNA Detection Kit is designed for the quantitative determination of CHO host cell DNA in intermediates, in-process materials and finished products of various biological products.
Based on a real-time quantitative PCR platform, the kit utilizes the TaqMan probe technology to quantify CHO residual DNA in samples. The assay is convenient, rapid and accurate, with no cross-reactivity to other biological genomes. The limit of detection can reach the femtogram (fg) level.
The kit is supplied with CHO DNA quantitative reference standards. An internal control system is included in the amplification reagent to guarantee the reliability of test results. When used in combination with the Cell Residual DNA Extraction Kit from Cowin Biotech, this kit enables accurate quantification of CHO residual DNA in samples.
