Overview
This kit contains fast tissue lysis and amplification reagents, eliminating the need for complex DNA extraction steps. Various animal and plant tissue samples, such as mouse tails, toes, ears, plant leaves, and seeds, can be used as PCR templates after simple lysis. Blood, blood spots, saliva, bacterial cultures, and cells can be directly used as PCR templates without even requiring crude lysis.
The amplification speed reaches up to 1 s/kb. The 2× Direct Amplification Mix (Dye) includes an electrophoresis indicator, allowing for direct agarose gel electrophoresis after PCR.
This kit is suitable for mouse transgenic detection, genotyping, and direct amplification from plant and animal tissues, blood, and colonies.
