FH Magdalena (Verified Customer) (02-12-2025)The pulldown of V5-tagged protein worked very well with this product. The yield was a lot better than with the magnetic agarose. The only issue was when eluting with LSB (as stated in the protocol), a precipitate or broken resin formed, which was not magnetic anymore and had to be spun down before gel loading. Applications: Immunoprecipitation
FH Karel (Verified Customer) (11-20-2024)The purity was excellent as we used the sample of masss pecrometry analysis. Applications: Protein purification Cell Tissue Type: yeast
FH Karel (Verified Customer) (03-14-2024)reproducible purification without background. The purified proteins we want to use for mass spec analysis Applications: ChIP,Protein purification
FH Tsimafei (Verified Customer) (12-04-2022)IP was performed using cells expressing V5-tagged mCherry. 10µl of beads were used for 0.5mg of total protein. Excellent performance! Applications: Immunoprecipitation Cell Tissue Type: mESCs

Description

Immunoprecipitation of V5-tagged proteins and their interacting factors with anti-V5 Nanobody conjugated to magnetic particles. V5-Trap Magnetic Particles M-270 is recommended when very large proteins/complexes are investigated and magnetic separation is needed for IP. • No heavy & light antibody chains in downstream applications • Very low background • Effective elution with V5-peptide • Stable under harsh washing conditions • Efficient immunoprecipitation of V5-tag fusion proteins
